1. Seed Conditioning Coordinator ( SCC )
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the plant activities and labor for efficient utilization of resources
- Coordinate with the other shift to facilitate smooth transition and effective information exchange
- Provide lesdership for plant employees on second and third shifts
- Coordinaate activities between plant areas to assure cooperation and efficient labor usage
- Provide assistance with maintenance when maintenance staff is not on job

Requirements :
- Male, min.22 years old
- Minimum University Degree (D3) Technic program study
- Computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Understand basic Agricultural
- Leadership and management ability
- Ability to delegate responsibility
- Strong people skills
- High level of integrity
- Ready to work in shifting system

2. Seed Production Research ( SPR )
Responsibilities :
- Manage Seeds Production Research (SPR) to support field production delivering good yield
- To set up production POT of each variety in order to have best yield
- Manage pesticide trials and other trial related to the field production
- Look after trials location in Jember and Malang area

Requirements :
- Male, max.35 years old
- Graduate from reputable university with S1degree, in agriculture would be an advantage
- Good leadership, result orientated, good communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Points and Statistic Application
- Min 1-2 years of working experience in handling field research, or 3 years in corn seeds production/Field QA or related field.
- Possesses technical capabilities on research design and have strong analytical skill.
- READY TO WORK IN EAST JAVA
