This position will report to Packaging & Product Dev. Director :
Support Packaging & Product Development Director to achieve his/her objectives through :
Managing activities of research and development of new product and new technology, innovation and improvement of the existing beverage products to support the development of the company business.
Application of new developed formula at plant scale in order to launch the product on schedule by looking at the quality of the product and the performance of the business
Requirement :

Bachelor degree in Food Science/Food Technology, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Min. 3 years experience in the development of beverages in Beverage Industry
Strong knowledge of beverage and flavor technology
Strong knowledge of food safety, Halal and Quality System
Good ability in the transfer of product from design to manufacturing
Excellent skill in analytical and problem solving, communication & presentation skills
Posses creative, proactive, open mind, persistent and can-do attitude
High skill in sensory evaluation
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Computer literate particulary MS Office (words, power point & excel)
